Stan Devine founded Trees International as a Non-Profit over thirty years ago. Under Stan's Presidency, Trees International flourished and completed many environmentally impacting projects that have lasting effects to this day. A local resident of Saint John, Stan Devine continues to participate and innovate as an Alumni with University New Brunswick Saint John.
Julian Devine's experience with environmentalism began early when his father Stan Devine introduced him and his two brothers, James and Shawn, to tree planting with Trees International as a young boy. Julian has carried on this early enthusiasm for the environment into his adult life, personally volunteering and engaging in environmental clean-ups and tree planting throughout the years.
Janelle joined the Trees team in the Summer of 2025. Her background experience is in small business entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance. A Moncton born Francophone, Janelle excels with translation and integration for Bilingual programs. Janelle loves to hike and explore the natural beauty of New Brunswick and the greater Canadian wilderness in her free time.
Without the many hours of enthusiastic help from volunteers, Trees International would not have been able to become the organization that it is today.
For thirty years, Trees International has worked with the NBEN, businesses, policy makers, and most importantly, INDIVIDUALS to help counteract the carbon footprint of our province and the maintenance of our environment.
Are you passionate about the environment? Do you want to help make your community a cleaner, greener place? We are always looking for volunteers to help us make our vision a reality. We'll help you find a way to volunteer that best suits you. We're excited to have you join the team!
Whether you help through monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you.
